Name of the Post:
1. Medical Record Officer: 01 post
2. Telephone Operator: 12 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 35 years for Post No.2, 7 & 8, 45 years for Post No.6, 48 years for Post No.3.

Job Type : Govt Job

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree & Diploma in Medical Record Technology for Medical Record Officer, Any Degree with Experience in relevant field for Telephone Operator.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written Exam.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 25/- through Indian Postal Order.
