Documents Required for RTE Gujarat Admission 2021 

If you think that your child is matching the eligibility criteria of the RTE quota, you will have to submit these documents while applying for admission under the policy.

• Aadhar Card or other similar documents for Residence proof
• Certificate of Social Welfare Officer or any other competent authority for the certificate of guardianship.
• A proper birth certificate of the child
• Passport size photograph in colour
• The Voice certificate of the guardian.
• Guardian falling in the BPL range of 1 to 8 have to submit a certificate from any district officer
• Certificate of SC/ST or other backward classes
• If the child is an orphan or requires special care, a certificate from the Child Welfare Committee of the District will be needed.
• A certificate from the civil surgeon will be required if a child is having any physical ailment.
• A certificate from the respective authorities will be required in case of a child of a martyr.
• Aadhar card of the guardian
• Bank Detail documents, should be mainly on the front page of the passbook of the child’s bank or the guardian’s bank.
